Welcome to Wanakam Live—an evening dedicated to boundary-pushing rhythms, deep grooves, and global musical exploration. Due to unexpected circumstances, our originally scheduled Positive Fusion lineup is no longer available. Instead, we have upgraded the evening into an extraordinary live showcase presenting the incredible trio Naruto 3, featuring three world-class virtuosos: Ned McGowan, Oene van Geel, and Mark Tuinstra.

Ned, Oene, and Mark have shared a musical bond for many years, but the official kickoff of their trio was born during a transformative tour in India earlier this year, where they collaborated with Lakkshya and other inspiring Indian artists.
Naruto 3 stands for true musical adventure. Deeply inspired by Indian, African, and jazz traditions, their interplay centers on irresistible grooves and a highly percussive approach. Watch them playfully interchange melodic and bass roles in a captivating, borderless live performance in our intimate space.
🎙️ Meet the Artists
Ned McGowan (Flutes): An American-Dutch composer, flutist, and researcher based in Amsterdam. Known for his rhythmical vitality and technical virtuosity, Ned's award-winning music has been performed at Carnegie Hall and the Concertgebouw. Oene van Geel (Viola): A true musical adventurer and winner of the prestigious VPRO Boy Edgar Prize. Heavily influenced by jazz, Indian music, chamber music, and free improvisation, Oene uses his virtuoso skills to cross all musical genres and boundaries. 👉 Visit Oene's Website
Mark Tuinstra (Guitar): A guitarist whose musical horizon knows no bounds. Mark loves to play—free from restrictions or conventions—diving seamlessly into jazz, free improv, African, Indian, and pop music.
