This spring, Venerable Khadro will guide experienced practitioners in the art of daily practice! Discover how to seamlessly integrate spiritual rituals into your everyday life, including:

  • 🌼 Setting up a home altar
  • 💧 Performing water bowl offerings
  • 🔮 Engaging in preliminary practices like creating tsatsas and mandala offerings
    In addition, delve into various Tibetan Buddhist rituals, focusing on Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s 'Method Practice' — a series of transformative exercises designed to turn suffering into happiness through daily prayers, sadhanas, and meditations.

About the Event:

Following Rinpoche’s wisdom, Venerable Khadro will introduce essential daily practices. The course is divided into three parts, each lasting about six weeks. Participants can register for the entire term or for individual parts. Augment your learning with related practice days and weekend retreats.

This transformative course, rooted in Vajrayāna, guides practitioners in deity yoga, the stages of practice, and the importance of guru devotion. It encourages us to engage with the world with fearless compassion and clear understanding.
