For Dogs:

• Rabies: $15
• DAPP: $10
• Lepto ONLY: $10
• Bordetella: $10
• Heartworm Test: $25

For Cats:

• Rabies: $15
• FVRCP: $10
• Leukemia: $10
• FIV/FLV Test: $25

Add-Ons:

• Bravecto (3 months): $70
• Sentinel (heartworm - 1 month supply): $15
• Sentinel (heartworm - 6 month supply): $75 (Heartworm test required for K9)
• Microchip with registration: $25
• Nail Trim: $10

• All dogs must be on a leash, while cats or smaller pets should be in a secure carrier.
