The Mass Mentorship is a complimentary professional development initiative designed to elevate new voices in architectural photography, empowering emerging talents from underrepresented communities. In a visually-driven world, this programme aims to reshape the imagery that represents our built environment, reflecting the rich diversity of its inhabitants.

Over the past year, our talented cohort of four mentees has been crafting unique photographic projects, each centered around personal narratives intertwined with London's architecture and infrastructure. Collectively, they illustrate the city's diversity through its various architectural forms and the vibrant communities that thrive within these spaces. Each project delves into distinct themes, capturing the essence of spiritual spaces, diasporic homes, and large-scale infrastructures.
