The Carolwood Foundation warmly welcomes visitors to its monthly public open day at Walt Disney's Carolwood Barn — Walt's original home workshop and the very birthplace of Imagineering — located at 5202 Zoo Drive in Griffith Park.

• 🏚️ Walt Disney's Carolwood Barn — tour the legendary personal workshop where it all began
• 🚃 Backyard railroad displays from Walt Disney, Ward Kimball, and Ollie Johnston
• 🎢 Operating model of Disneyland's beloved Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland attraction
• 🚋 Restored Santa Fe and Disneyland Railroad combine car
• 🏠 Ollie Johnston's La Canada Valley Railroad depot, fully restored on the property

🎌 Flag Retreat Ceremony

At 2:30pm, guests are invited to take part in a formal flag retreat ceremony marking the close of the operating day — a cherished tradition not to be missed!

• 🕚 Open 11am to 3pm on the third Sunday of each month
• 📍 Located at 5202 Zoo Drive, Griffith Park
• 🎟️ No reservations or tickets required — admission is free!
• 🅿️ Free parking available on a first come, first served basis
