Meditation Circle Under the Perseids

A Circle for Quiet, Connection & Preparing for the Perseid Meteor Shower

Every August, the Perseid meteor shower reaches its peak, known in parts of Europe as the "Tears of Saint Lawrence." Across cultures, from ancient Greek skywatchers to Islamic scholars of astronomy, these shooting stars have inspired wonder, reflection, and a sense of the sacred.
We invite you to join us for a two-hour gathering to honour this magical moment of the summer. Together, we'll create space for inner stillness, gentle connection, mindful observation, and simple somatic practices.

What to Expect
Cristian and Nadia will guide you through a blend of grounding practices, including breathwork, meditation, gentle somatic exercises, quiet reflection, meaningful conversations, and consent-based hugs. Together, we'll create a space to soften, reconnect with ourselves and one another, and welcome the "shooting stars" in our own lives.
We intentionally cultivate an LGBTQIA+ inclusive space where people of all backgrounds, identities, and ages are warmly welcome.

What to Bring:

Comfortable, warm clothing A blanket or shawl
A cushion if you'd like to sit on the grass A snack to share
Water or another drink A notebook and pen for reflection

Contribution: Sliding scale €15–€20, according to your possibilities.
