Il Mensana Run Club torna con una social run speciale insieme a Grom Italia: un evento pensato per chi ama muoversi, stare insieme e godersi il post-run come si deve.
📍 PARTENZA
Ci troviamo presso lo store Grom di Corso Garibaldi per dare il via a una 5 km social run accessibile a tutti i livelli. Nessuna pressione, solo ritmo condiviso e buona energia.
⏰ CHECK-IN & WARM UP
Il ritrovo è fissato per il 26 giugno alle 18:00, con sessione di warm up guidato per attivare gambe e mindset prima della corsa.

Disponibile per le prime 30 persone: consigliamo di portare solo l’essenziale per correre leggeri e liberi.

The Mensana Run Club is back with a special social run in collaboration with Grom Italia — an event designed for those who love to move, connect, and enjoy the post-run ritual done right.
📍 START LOCATION
We’ll meet at the Grom store on Corso Garibaldi to kick off a relaxed and welcoming 5 km social run, open to all levels. No pressure, just shared pace and good energy.
⏰ MEET & WARM UP
Meet-up is scheduled for June 26 at 6pm, starting with a guided warm-up session to activate your body and mindset before the run.
🎒 BAG DROP
Available for the first 30 participants. We recommend bringing only the essentials so you can run light and free.
