Step 1: On-Site Check-In
Locate the "Invited fans" signage.
Present your Luma event registration QR code to our staff for scanning.
Step 2: Explore, Post & Upload
Take photos or videos during your visit.
Scan the UGC QR code and follow the on-screen instructions to upload your content.
✅ Upon successful upload, you will receive a "Thank You" confirmation page — please keep this for the final step.
Step 3: Redeem Your Gift
Head to the redemption staff and present the following:
Your Luma QR code (for check-in verification)
Your post and "Thank You" confirmation page (proof of UGC upload)
Once verified, you will receive the gifts!
