• I Wish: 7 KM at 5:45 min/km
• Slime Time: 8 or 10 KM at 5:00 min/km
• Beer Geeks: 12 KM at 4:30-4:40 min/km
• Blow Out: 12 KM at 4:00 - 4:10 min/km

📍 Meeting Point: Warpigs at 5 PM
