Head over to newcastleren.com and fill out our vendor application form! We’re looking for creators of all things fantasy and history, as well as delicious food vendors with their own marquee/outdoor setup (no van space provided).

🏳️‍🌈✨ Our event is queer-run and inclusive, mostly indoors to shield you from the rain! Discover the theatre, tavern bar, and outdoor courtyard.

Accessibility & Equality:
