It's time for fresh air, movement, and connection.

Join us at Devil's Punchbowl for a recharging time in nature with the gals! We'll start with a meetup at Raw Roots for ✧ Coffee, Bites & Hikes ✧, then walk 14 minutes to the trailhead before beginning our hike.

Itinerary:

• 5:30-5:40 PM: Grab a beverage and chat
• 5:40-5:55 PM: Walk 14 minutes to the trailhead
• 5:55-7:30 PM: Let's hike!

What to bring:

✔️ Comfortable & weather-appropriate clothing & footwear

A few notes:

🌞 Bugs are out, so layer on the SPF + bug protection
🌞 Dogs are welcome but must be leashed

AllTrails description:

Starting from the day-use facilities at the parking area of Battlefield House, you'll immediately take the historic 1700s cobblestone and gravel pathways to the front of the estate. After enjoying the views as you circle the mansion, you'll climb the stairway to the summit of the small hill, the home of Battlefield Monument. As one of the tallest structures built in Upper Canada during Queen Victoria's reign, you'll feel the history of this important region that helped capture British (and Canadian) victory during the war of 1812. Then, you'll take the Bruce Trail along the Niagara Escarpment UNESCO Biosphere to the base of Devil's Punchbowl, one of Ontario's most famous waterfalls. Hikers recommend this trail in any season since winter offers views of ice climbers, fall showcases the stunning foliage, and spring and summer include rainfall that creates stunning waterfalls. Climbing up the falls is unsafe at all times. Always remain on this verified route.
