Tango for Beginners & Beyond classes are paused until August 6 - see you then!--------------------------------Join Tango Elocuente (a.k.a. Tony DeGregoria and Jen Sutherland) eveery Thursday evening, 7 PM to 8:15 PM, for a tango class focused on the tango standard forms and movements, and how to develop them into advanced tango. Each week, to understand the basic tango moves, we'll whittle down the complexity to the elements for understanding, then built the moves back into different forms. No partner needed. Willing students can rotate dance partners throughout the class or stay with the partner they arrived with. Class is always followed by a "practica" 8:15 - 9 PM where you can work on what you've learned. Practica is included with class, or $5 if you didn't attend the class.To keep the floor free of debris, please bring clean, smooth-soled shoes without traction to wear for dancing. (Or even bring thick socks to wear! Dance shoes are not necessary but they are encouraged.)NOTE: no class held on Thu July 23 or The July 30.Class is 1-1/4 hour long. Cost is $10 per session.
