What the event entails:

• before pilates --> cortisol testing (saliva)
  -small group pilates class with SolidCore (12 people)
  -after pilates --> cortisol testing (saliva)
  This event is an opportunity for access to discounted professional cortisol testing provided by Lume Health. All tests will be processed in our lab.
