  • Mat Pilates Class: Choose between 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM (beginner friendly!)
  • Coffee & Breakfast Station after class ☕️🥐
  • Optional Co-Working: Stay and work at MNTSTUDIO as long as you like!

Additional Info:

• Showers are available if you'd like to freshen up before settling in to work.
• Please bring a pair of grippy socks (required for the studio).
