Podnuselák is a longstanding tradition where the Probuďme Nusle association brings neighbors together in a joyful blend of sporting action and refreshments! This monthly community run breaks boundaries across neighborhoods, age groups, and languages. This year marks our eighth season!

🏃‍♂️ What to Expect:
Podnuselák is a MONTHLY COMMUNITY RUN FOR EVERYONE, even complete beginners and non-runners! It's the perfect chance to start a regular running routine with others.

• Age is just a number! Everyone participates together.
• Performance doesn’t matter; we wait for everyone at the finish line!
• There's a special commemorative medal for the little ones who join in!
