Porchfest DSM - Waveland Park

Porchfest Des Moines – Waveland Park 2026 is happening!Due to last year’s success, we’re doubling the event.Join us Sunday, September 27, 2026 from noon to 6 pm for an afternoon of free live music, food, and community fun in the Waveland Park neighborhood. This year we’re closing both 44th AND 45th Street between College Ave and Forest Ave for even more music.Featured bands and performers included in this event:- The Blues Bureau- B. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating.Pole and horse saw-style bike racks will be available, so feel free to ride over and bring your bike lock.Porchfest merchandise will also be available for purchase, including t-shirts, stickers and koozies.
