This intimate 6-week postpartum support series is designed for moms with babies aged 0 to ~6 months old. Facilitated by licensed therapist Casey Mouton, each weekly gathering dives into the topics that matter most — mental health, shifting identity, evolving relationships, and all the things that are difficult to say out loud.
