Frequently Asked Questions

• Are tickets refundable? Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, if the event is canceled due to extreme weather, you will receive a full refund for your tickets.
• Can I buy tickets at the door? Our rooftop venues have strictly limited capacities (Prague’s best views are cozy!). We highly recommend booking online in advance. If the show isn’t sold out, a limited number of "Last Minute" tickets may be available at the door for a higher
  price.

Entry Policy

• No Re-entry: Once you’re in, you’re in! We operate a strict no re-entry policy. If you choose to leave the venue, you will need to purchase a new ticket to get back in.
• Adults Only (18+): A valid, physical ID (Passport, National ID, or Driving License) is strictly required at the door. Digital copies or photos of IDs will not be accepted.
• Right of Admission: To maintain our festival vibe, large bachelor, bachelorette, or stag groups are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying disruptive behavior or wearing themed costumes.

Dress Code: Rooftop Chic / Smart Casual

• Dress to impress! Think comfortable, stylish, and ready for the sunset.
• Yes please: Summer dresses, crisp linens, tailored trousers, stylish sneakers, and trendy
  hats.
• Not permitted: Flip-flops/sliders, sports shorts, gym wear, swimwear, or men's sleeveless
  shirts, completely unbuttoned shirts, and mesh/perforated tops.
