Queer Trans Hysterectomy Writing Workshop

Join editors Hanne Williams-Baron and Adrian Matias Bell as they create a groundbreaking queer trans hysto zine! 🏳️‍⚧️✨

They note:

"Queer and trans people are vastly under-represented in hysterectomy media and resources. The narratives available often reflect the experiences of older cis straight women. We seek raw and authentic stories about hysterectomy. Share how you made your decision, navigated the medical system, and everything in between—your experiences of joy, sorrow, and everything in between. Let’s uncover what having a hysterectomy meant for you personally." 🩸❤️

This workshop is a fantastic opportunity for contributors to refine their writing or artwork for the zine! Bring your laptop, notebook, or art supplies and take some time to brainstorm, draft, or complete your piece. The writing limit is 500 words—don’t overthink it! Hanne and Adrian will be there to help with any editorial questions.
