Read, reflect and connect

Detta arrangemang är för engelsktalande. Moving to a new country can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming. Taking a moment to pause, read and share thoughts with others can help us relax and feel better. You are invited to join a small reading group where we read short stories and poetry together and talk about the thoughts and feelings that arise during reading. When and where? We meet every other week at Kronan library, starting on monday August 31, 17.30-19.00. The sessions (eight in total) will be held in English only. Interested in joining? Places are limited. Contact us to sign up, at the latest on August 31 (you sign up for all eight sessions). When you register, you are welcome to write a few lines about yourself, for example: • How old you are and how long you have been i Sweden. • What you enjoy reading (novels, poetry, fantasy, crime, etc.). • What you like to do in your free time. • What time of day might work best for you. • What you hope to gain from the sessions.
