Octave Wellness proudly presents Read & Release, a wellness experience crafted to help you reconnect with your body and mind. In collaboration with our community partner, Self-ish Care Enterprise, we've transformed reading parties into a holistic journey!
What to Expect:
- 30 minutes of quiet reading time 🕮
- 40-minute mat Pilates class 🧘♀️
- Guided reflective journaling ✍️
- Light bites and refreshments to close the evening 🍵
In a world that often demands we rush, Read & Release offers a chance to slow down and embrace presence, restoration, and meaningful connection through movement and mindfulness.
📚 Read: Bring along Octave’s Book of the Month, King of Ashes by S.A. Cosby, or any book you're currently enjoying. All formats are welcome – e-books, audiobooks, or physical books!
🧘♀️ Release: Dress in comfy athleisure to allow for easy movement. Pilates mats will be provided.
