Burnout prevention and recovery aren't just about taking a break – they're about reconnecting with your body, restoring your energy, and finding balance from within.

On Thursday, August 13th, at 5:30 pm, we’ll meet in front of the Kids Academy (Beatrixpark), where Olya, Pilates instructor and sound healing practitioner, will guide us through a gentle and grounding session combining Pilates-inspired movement and a restorative sound meditation.

🌿 What to expect:

A heart-centered outdoor Pilates practice suitable for all levels Mindful movement to improve posture, mobility, and body awareness
A restorative sound meditation for deep relaxation A calm, supportive space

✨ This workshop is for you if:
