What to expect
Been wanting to try reformer Pilates? Join us for a private, beginner-friendly GLIU class, followed by brunch and plenty of time to mingle at Jacky’s 🪷
No previous experience is needed. Please arrive on time so we can get settled before the class begins.

🧦 Free anti-slip grip socks when your size is shared at least one week in advance

To receive the free socks, please WhatsApp your size at least one week before the event. Otherwise, grip socks can be purchased from the studio website for €11 and collected on the day.

What you cover
The discounted class ticket is €15 instead of the usual €22.
You also cover the cost of your own food, drinks and any extras at Jacky’s afterwards.

Ticket and cancellation policy
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, including in cases of illness, cancellation or no-show.
If you can no longer attend, you may resell or transfer your ticket to someone else, but you must arrange this yourself and inform GLIU of the new attendee’s name.
Please cancel your Luma RSVP at least 48 hours before the event once your ticket has been transferred.
You can change your RSVP to Not Going through the Luma app or website.
If you don’t have a Luma account, use the Cancel my spot link in the initial confirmation email you received after registering.

About GLIU
Girls Leuven It Up started in June 2026 to bring together girls in their 20s and 30s living locally through fun activities.
GLIU is self-organised, not a business or formal organisation, and mainly run by one person with support from lovely individuals, local businesses and venues who generously offer their time, space or skills pro bono.
Most events are free and designed to make meeting people and making friends in adulthood feel easier 💙
