Exhibition Highlights:

These two unique narratives showcase Rewind, which delves into the mental space after a life-altering accident through personal photo archives and the manipulation of time. The second part, Tresse de Méduse, confronts the impact of societal perception with exquisite hair-crafted snakes symbolizing the reclamation of women's space in public realm.

About the Artist: Rio Drop, based in Örebro, Sweden, holds a Bachelor of Art from the Royal Academy of Fine Art in The Hague. Her multidisciplinary practice often incorporates assemblage, sculpture, installation, and video, frequently utilizing human hair as a medium to explore themes of presence, loss, and resilience.
