Start your day mindfully! Every Thursday morning, join us at the beach in Barcelona for a rejuvenating breathwork and meditation session. This guided experience will help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the day with an open heart. Limited spots available—early booking is recommended!

• Arrival & landing (5–10 min)
• 45-minute guided breathwork & meditation
• Short connection exercises (5–10 min)
• Optional ocean dip afterwards

🎧 During the session, you will:

• Lie comfortably on the beach
• Wear wireless headphones with immersive music
• Use a soft blindfold for a deeper experience

Explore various breathing techniques and meditation styles that will help you:
