Welcome to our serene Sahaja Yoga Meditation Meetings in English! 🧘‍♀️✨ Enjoy free, open gatherings where people from various backgrounds come together to meditate. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a complete newcomer, you are warmly invited to join us at any time!

Our sessions typically take place on chairs or pillows—no need to bring a mat, and feel free to wear comfortable clothes. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Experience Mental Silence: Meditation promotes a state of thoughtless awareness, allowing you to be present and feel peace and joy—key experiences of the moment.
  • Guidance from Experienced Volunteers: Our sessions are led by dedicated volunteers who provide an introduction to meditation and helpful tips for practicing at home.
  • Meditation Exercises: Participate in guided meditation exercises that help you establish inner calm and balance.
  • Relax with Tea: After meditating, enjoy a cup of tea and engage in discussions or ask questions. ☕
