In this sauna ritual, we will gather to explore ways of connecting with our inner compass - our inner guide and source of knowing. Together, we will engage in practices to connect with this wisdom before entering into the sauna for a fire ritual. This session is for anyone looking to cultivate a stronger relationship with their inner wisdom. 🌀

2:25–3:25pm - Sound Bath Sauna
Session starts with a 10-minute sound journey — with live instruments — to help you drop into your body and arrive fully in the space. From there, you’ll move into your sauna session feeling more present and relaxed. 🎶
