SAWN Book Club: In-Person Event - Meet the Author!

Welcome to SAWNs Book Launch! A book club for South Asian women, by South Asian Women.

This is a space created intentionally for South Asian-identifying women to gather, reflect, connect, and grow — through stories that move us and conversations that stay with us long after the last page.

This isn’t just a book club. It’s a community for thoughtful dialogue, meaningful friendships, and the kind of conversations we don’t always get to have in our everyday lives. Together, we’ll explore books by South Asian authors and beyond — stories that challenge us, comfort us, inspire us, and reflect the many layers of who we are.

Whether you’re an avid reader or just looking for a space that feels warm, welcoming, and deeply intentional, you belong here.

At this event, we will be speaking to award-winning author, Anuja Varghese, about her debut novel, A Kiss of Crimson Ash. Be sure to bring your book to get it signed, along with all your questions!
