Every dish has a history. Behind every flavor is a story of craft, heritage, and the people who bring it to life.
Join us for an International Dining Experience, a communal feast celebrating global flavors and the stories that connect us. You can join as a Guest to simply enjoy the evening, or as a Contributor if you have a specific dish and story you’d like to share.
The Experience
A Global Blend: Enjoy a full spread of international entrees, drinks, and desserts. The meal is a seamless mix of signature dishes from local eateries alongside cherished offerings from our Contributors.
The Stories: We celebrate the people behind the plate. Our featured local experts will share the history of their craft, and our Contributors are invited to briefly share the story behind the dish they’ve brought to the spread.
Meaningful Connection: A lively, intentional environment where the food starts the conversation. Expect to move, mingle, and meet someone new throughout the night.
How to Join?
🍽️ Guest — Pull up a chair for the full spread, the stories, and good company. Early bird $25 till Jul 24, then $35.
👐 Contributor — Bring a dish with a story (enough for ~10) and add it to the feast. Free.
🙌 Dinner Team — Help make the night happen, then sit down and enjoy it. Free.
🌍 Vendor — Serve your signature dish, share your brand's story, stay for dinner. By invitation. Contact host to enquire.
Evening Flow
6:30 PM | Welcome & Mingle: Arrive, settle in, and explore the different tables and offerings.
6:45 PM | The Stories: A brief welcome followed by introductions from our featured brands and contributors.
7:15 PM | The Feast: The table is open. We invite everyone to dig in and enjoy the full international spread.
7:45 PM | Connection: As we enjoy the meal, we’ll move, mingle, and meet someone new. Guided prompts will be available to help facilitate easy, natural conversation
8:30 PM | Closing: Final bites and farewells.

Island Ember brings a modern take on Sorrel, a classic hibiscus-based, non-alcoholic, and antioxidant-rich drink, rooted in Caribbean family traditions and enjoyed globally.
