Seeds of Change: Circular Fashion in Singapore
Did you know that only 2% of textile waste is recycled in Singapore? 🤔
Over the past two decades, clothing has become cheaper, trends have accelerated, and garments are worn fewer times before being discarded. While many of us are becoming more conscious consumers, the fashion system remains largely linear: we take resources, make products, use them briefly, and throw them away.
The idea of a circular economy offers a different vision—one where products and materials are kept in use for as long as possible through repair, reuse, resale, remanufacturing, and recycling. But despite growing awareness and countless sustainability initiatives, circular fashion remains far from the norm.
What will it take to make circular fashion the norm rather than the exception?
Join us for a hands-on Futures Triangle workshop—an interactive futures thinking experience that helps you make sense of how different drivers of change shape our vision of plausible futures.
