Join us at the Trini Enrichment Center for a transformative guided Shamanic Journey led by Shaman Amu (Muriel Shickman). ✨

🕒 When:
Join us as early as 2:30 PM to settle in and prepare for an enriching experience.

🌿 Special Note for Summer: During the warm months of July and August, participate in a voluntary park clean-up from 2:30-3 PM (weather permitting).

• Yourself
• A pen and journal
• Optional: a drum or noisemaker, eye covering, and food to share (no crockpots, please)
