She is Me

An intimate afternoon of guided breathwork, meaningful conversation and photography for women who are craving something more genuine than traditional networking.

Most networking events ask you to perform, introduce yourself, make small talk and leave with a handful of business cards.

This is the opposite of that.

Here, you'll meet other women through guided conversation and shared experience, allowing connection to happen naturally.

Join breathwork facilitator Bridgitte Tran and photographer Sarah Fountain for a relaxing afternoon designed to help you slow down, meet like-minded women and build authentic relationships.

You'll be thoughtfully paired with another woman of a different age or life stage and guided through a series of connection prompts designed to spark honest conversation.

You'll then be guided through a grounding breathwork session with Bridgitte. Sharing this experience together often creates a sense of calm, presence and connection that's difficult to access in our busy everyday lives.

Throughout the afternoon, Sarah will quietly document the experience through photography, capturing the moments that can't be posed. Each pair will also receive a professionally photographed portrait together.

After the event, you'll receive access to a gallery of images from the afternoon.
