Join us for the Sideways Tides Series, where we focus on nurturing our inner selves, which often take a backseat in our busy lives. As founders, it's essential to develop sustainable leadership skills for personal freedom.

Carrying the weight of your team and navigating a fast-changing environment requires you to step back, breathe, and connect with your inner self.
Burnout is a real risk without continuous attention to your well-being. Our event offers tools for integrating mindfulness and vitality into your daily routine.

What You’ll Learn:
Tap into unreleased energy through the power of breathwork to stay at the top of your game. No prior open water swimming experience is needed—beginners are welcome!

Event Schedule:

• 07:30: Meet at Praia da Duquesa in front of Restaurante Duche Bar, Cascais
• 07:45 - 08:45: Breathwork session with specialist Carlos Campos
• 09:00 - 09:45: Open water prep and ocean swim with Swim4Fun's founder, Bibiana Farias
• 09:45 - 10:30: Reconnect over beverages and snacks. You're welcome to stay until 11:00.

Cost:

• 15€ (without wetsuit)
• 25€ (with wetsuit included)

If you need a wetsuit, we'll reach out to confirm your weight and height.

What To Bring:

• Swimming goggles
• Wetsuit (if not renting)
• Suncream
• Towel
• Good vibes!

Meet Your Coaches:

Carlos Campos: A certified OxygenAdvantage® breathwork practitioner, Carlos focuses on performance, focus, and recovery through breath.
Bibiana Farias: Founder and head coach of Swim4Fun Portugal, Bibiana is an accomplished swimming and open-water athlete dedicated to helping others swim safely and confidently in nature.
