Slab Houses | Summer Clay Camp (Ages 8+)

Join us for Slab Houses, a three-day summer camp where young artists aged 8 and above will learn to create their own unique ceramic houses using slab construction techniques! This hands-on camp is perfect for creative kids excited to explore the world of clay!

What to Expect:

• 5 days of fun with three-hour instructional sessions each morning
• Guidance on the fundamentals of slab-building and surface design
• Opportunities to experiment with texture, carving, and decorating techniques
• The chance to bring their dream houses to life in clay—whether it's a cozy cottage, a whimsical treehouse, or a modern mini-home!

Included in the Camp:

• All the clay and materials needed to complete projects
• A daily snack to fuel the creativity!

Important Notes:

• For children requiring behavioral assistance, one adult may accompany them to camp. However, the adult cannot create their own pieces during the camp.
• If behavioral challenges arise, additional adult support may be requested.
• Students under the age of 8 will not be permitted in this class. Age confirmation will occur on the first day, and out-of-range students cannot proceed. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling options will be offered.
