Join Lisa Pumper, founder of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Wellness and the Yoga Community of Florida, for a rejuvenating 30-minute Morning Ritual aimed at awakening your body, calming your mind, and setting your daily intentions.

Solar Alchemy invites you to embrace the sunrise through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and quiet stillness. Experience the ocean, morning light, and nature as sources of clarity, gratitude, and vitality.

This gentle Hatha Yoga session will feature traditional Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), invigorating breathwork, and concludes with a tranquil Silent Sunrise Meditation as we collectively welcome the first light of the day.
