Ever feel like you're holding back your breath or sounds in intimate spaces? Our rational minds often restrict pleasure, whispering for us to be quiet, polite, and civil.

Join this transformative workshop to overthrow that control! Experience a safe and playful environment where your body can express itself freely. By amplifying our breathing, sounds, and words, we dive into deeper, more vibrant self-expression.

What to Expect:

• Individual and Pair Exploration: We’ll explore pleasure sounds both alone and in pairs, inspired by the Wheel of Consent. Focus on the Serve/Accept dynamic to safely experience the gift of intentional touch.
• Community Building: We’ll start with group exercises to foster a sense of safety and connection before diving into specific touch activities.

Who's Invited?

Whether you come alone or with a friend/partner, your experience is tailored to your comfort. Rotate with different participants if solo or stay with your partner for the exercises.

Important Information:

• Voluntary Participation: Everything is optional; you’re in control of your boundaries.
• Fika & Comfort: Enjoy delicious coffee/tea and snacks, and wear soft, comfortable clothing to keep you relaxed.
• Language: Workshop held in English.
