Just your business and a problem to solve.

When you arrive, pick one of five projects or go freestyle:

→ Client Outreach Tracker a simple CRM that tracks prospects and stores email templates

→ Operations Dashboard KPIs, tasks, priorities, and notes in one screen

→ Content Calendar Generator 30-day content plan with post ideas and captions

→ Freestyle you know your business, describe the tool you need and build it

Then you build. 55 minutes. I coach the room and help you get unstuck.

At the end, volunteers show the room what they made. You walk out with a finished tool not a plan to try later.
