🎶 About Static-X

Founded in 1994 by lead vocalist/guitarist Wayne Static and drummer Ken Jay in Los Angeles, Static-X emerged as a defining force in the heavy music scene of the late '90s. Alongside bassist Tony Campos and guitarist/programmer Koichi Fukuda, they quickly rose to fame with their platinum-selling debut album, Wisconsin Death Trip, released in 1999.

The band has since produced several iconic albums, including:

Machine (2001)
Shadow Zone (2003)
Start A War (2005)
Cannibal (2007)
Cult of Static (2009)

With over 3 million albums sold in the US and a reputation for being one of the best live acts in heavy music, Static-X has captivated audiences worldwide. After a brief hiatus following Wayne Static’s passing in 2014, the band reunited in 2018 to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Their latest lineup continues the legacy of their signature Evil Disco sound.
