Summer Break Out

Escape the digital world and dive into the beauty of nature and history at Jesse Jones Park! 🌞 This event is open to everyone, including school-aged youth and Scouts, with the reminder that all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• Homestead Happenings:

  • July 21: Papermaking
  • July 22: Canning Foods
  • July 23: Cordage making
  • July 28: Chinking Day
  • July 29: Coil Baskets
  • July 30: Quilting

All sessions run for about an hour, starting at either 9:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.. Be sure to check in at the Nature Center for updates on location adjustments based on the weather and activities.
