Sunrise + Sound Beach Gathering 🌞

Join us for a peaceful beachside meditation and sound bath experience that will set the tone for your day!

🌊 What to Expect: Soft sounds, refreshing salty air, and a chance for real connection! This gathering is open to everyone, and children are more than welcome - make it a family affair! Get ready for a rejuvenating morning surrounded by nature.

🎉 Some attendees even bring surfboards or boogie boards to enjoy the water afterwards! All are invited for a day of relaxation and community.

📍 Where: 10th Ave. North in North Myrtle Beach, SC (Ample free parking available before 9 a.m.)

💡 When:

• Date: Sunday, July 26th
• Time: 6:00 a.m. (we’ll gather before the peak sunrise at 6:05 a.m. and the sound bath will begin immediately afterward)

💖 Energy Exchange: This is a donation-based experience with a suggested donation of $5 - $15. Your support is greatly appreciated and helps maintain this wonderful space for community healing. 🧺 What to Bring:

• Blanket, chair, or towel to sit on
• Donation (look for the donation jar at the event)
• Coffee or tea to sip on
• Dress in layers – and bring a swimsuit if you plan to swim or surf afterwards!
• A grocery bag to help clean up any trash you see on the beach (always appreciated!)
