As the sky shifts into shades of gold and lavender, you'll settle comfortably onto your mat, wrapped in blankets, while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, the gentle melodies of the kalimba, and the subtle vibrations of tuning forks create a deeply restorative sound journey. Simply rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held by both nature and sound.
