Synesthesia Yoga by Inara with Rosa

Join us for an immersive practice that combines yoga, sound, and fragrance in collaboration with Inara Sense. This unique experience is inspired by the sacred íkaros songs of the Amazon and features:

• 🌸 A sound meditation with an alcohol-free aromatic oil infused with notes of basil, mapacho tobacco, and cypress.
• 🌬️ Movement, breath, and a binaural sound journey to awaken confidence and authentic expression.

Details:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early as the session starts promptly.
• Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and all necessary equipment will be provided.
• Inform the facilitator of any injuries or relevant needs before the session.
