Tech Leaders’ Forum is a series of in-person, English-language meetups created for modern Tech Leaders tackling complex leadership and engineering challenges.
Instead of typical presentations, we emphasize moderated panel discussions with active audience participation, addressing real-world situations, challenges, and lessons.

Attendance is limited to foster a trusted and intimate environment that encourages honest conversations and meaningful exchanges of experiences. This is not a conference, but a professional community for tech leaders looking to navigate their challenges together.

Feedback is one of the strongest tools in leadership, yet many people haven't been adequately taught how to utilize it effectively. As AI becomes an integral part of our work routines, the temptation to rely on technology for feedback can grow.
However, advancements in LLMs (Large Language Models) are transforming areas previously considered off-limits.

We'll explore how AI can assist us in preparing, structuring, or reflecting on feedback, and discuss aspects that should always be managed by humans, regardless of technological progress. Additionally, we’ll investigate why positive feedback is frequently undervalued, despite being one of the most effective methods to enhance team strength and individual motivation.
