Join us for an extraordinary night featuring The Dwarfs of East Agouza, an eclectic trio formed in the vibrant city of Cairo. This unique ensemble consists of:

• Alan Bishop (USA): Known for his work with Sun City Girls, The Invisible Hands, and Alvarius B.
• Maurice Louca (Egypt): Renowned for his contributions to Alif and Bikya.
• Sam Shalabi (Canada): A notable figure in Land of Kush and Shalabi Effect.

Their sound is a fascinating blend of Krautrock, Arabic influences, free jazz, and Egyptian Shaabi music. Expect innovative instrumental improvisations, powered by Louca's North African percussion loops, Shalabi's West African-tinged free jazz guitar, and Bishop's driving krautrock basslines.
