Welcome to the launch of The Linked Creatives Hub, Picilian Entertainment Ltd's flagship initiative! This free co-working and networking day aims to unite the full creative ecosystem under one roof.

Whether you're a game developer, concept artist, musician, animator, filmmaker, writer, producer, voice actor, content creator, designer, or creative entrepreneur, this is your space to meet collaborators, share ideas, and forge meaningful industry connections.

Why Linked Creatives?

Creative industries thrive through collaboration, yet many creatives often work in isolation. Game development, for instance, depends on a multitude of skills - from artists to voice performers, but opportunities for these communities to work alongside one another are surprisingly scarce. The Linked Creatives Hub was created to change that!

What to Expect

🎤 Welcome talk from the Picilian Entertainment team, sharing the journey behind the studio and the creation of Linked Creatives
🚀 A special guest session from Creative Enterprise (Creative UK), exploring the programmes, accelerators, funding opportunities, and business support available to creatives
💼 Bring your laptop, portfolio, or sketchbook and spend the afternoon working alongside other creatives in a supportive environment
☕ Free tea, coffee & snacks available throughout the day. There is also a small bar with a variety of drinks available for purchase.

Event Schedule

• 10:00am – 11:00am: Welcome, introductions, and an opening talk from the Picilian Entertainment team about the vision behind Linked Creatives.
• 11:00am – 11:30am: Structured "Meet Your Co-Workers" networking session to foster meaningful connections from the start of the day.
• 11:30am – 12:00pm: Break and informal networking.
• 12:00pm – 12:30pm: Special guest talk from Creative Enterprise (Creative UK), sharing valuable resources available to creatives.
• 12:30pm – 1:30pm: Lunch Break (feel free to bring lunch and eat at your desk!)
• 1:30pm – 6:00pm: Open collaborative co-working — work on your own projects, connect with fellow creatives, exchange ideas, and discover future collaborators.
