1. ACTIVATE | Power & Boundaries
   Led by Lenka Kardová (4× Czech Champion)
   Start your journey with a beginner-friendly introduction to boxing focused on strength, expression, and building confidence in a playful environment that encourages claiming your space and embracing healthy aggression.
2. REGULATE | Nervous System Reset
   Led by Štěpánka Jovanovic (Certified Breath Master)
   Transition from the external to the internal. Through guided breathwork, we will assist you in releasing stored emotions and recalibrating your nervous system, leading you towards a calm, grounded state of awareness.
3. RELEASE | Heat & Integration
   Led by a surprise guest (Freestyle World Champion in Sauna Rituals)
   Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sauna ceremony designed to help you integrate your journey, as we collectively sweat out the old and embrace a renewed version of ourselves.
