7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Warm up with 30 minutes of mobility exercises led by Playhouse Ambassador Kunal Gulati
🔸 Padel Coaching:
8:00 PM - 8:20 PM: Get to know the padel basic techniques and rules with one of the TIO TIO coaches
🔸 Padel Time:
8:20 PM - 9:30 PM: Enjoy 70 minutes of padel! Only beginner level!
