🏐 What is Korfball?
Korfball is a dynamic, fast-paced team sport inspired by the Swedish game "ringboll." It's often described as a mix between basketball and netball, but with a unique twist: it is the world's only dedicated mixed-gender team sport.

👩‍🤝‍👨 Gender-Equal:
Teams consist of 2 men and 2 women.

🤝 True Teamwork:
You can’t dribble or run with the ball—you have to pass to move!

🔄 All-Around Skills:
Every two goals, attackers and defenders switch roles, so everyone gets to shoot and defend.

🚫 Non-Contact:
It’s a tactical game focused on speed, positioning, and cooperation.

👥 Who can join?
Everyone! Whether you are a total beginner who has never heard of a "korf" or an experienced athlete looking for a new challenge, you are welcome. We speak both Swedish and English at training.

🧢 What to bring:

• Sports clothes, maybe beach socks
• A water bottle
• A positive attitude!
