The Customer Success role is evolving rapidly, with new titles like Customer Success Engineer and Forward Deployed Engineer. These roles signify a shift towards more technical and strategic professionals who connect closely with both the product and business sides. AI is accelerating this change, and the most successful teams are those that integrate these technologies into their workflows.
During our AI Show & Tell, women from our community will showcase the automations they've crafted and provide a step-by-step walkthrough of their processes. Expect no theory or extensive slides—just actionable insights and real-world applications! 🛠️
