Uplift Peer Group

A space for LGBTQ+ adults and allies to breathe, connect, and ground. Each week offers a gentle, peer-supported environment with room for conversation, decompression, and mutual support, along with a rotating mix of workshops, community-building activities, and guided discussions. It's a low-pressure accepting and affirming space designed to help you build resilience and find community.
